Description

Our #crazyfaith is what is carrying us through this fertility journey. We never imagined that we would face infertility. Instead of running from this thing, we decided to face infertility together with God and walk in faith, by believing in the impossible, and in obedience by trusting what He wanted this journey to be for us. We want to encourage other couples to have faith even throughout the difficult road of infertility.

Shirt specifics:

A classic pullover sweatshirt in comfy, super-soft fleece designed for warmth and breathability. Featuring an on-trend drop-shoulder seam and a unisex retail fit. Finished with ribbed cuffs and waistband. Order your normal size or size up for a loose, oversized fit or order a size down for a more fitted, true size.

Design: Black color shirt with matte silver writing.

Fabrication: 52% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester fleece, 32 single 6.5 oz.

#ttc after a miscarriage is scary. For those who h #ttc after a miscarriage is scary. For those who have been following our journey for a while, you know that we started our #ivfjourney a year ago this month. We were really confident that we would be bringing home a baby after just one round of IVF. Losing our child was and still is devastating, but thinking about starting over again is down right terrifying. A couple weeks ago we met with our doctor to talk about plans for our next treatment, and while I was able to experience a little hope in knowing we have a plan, all of that has settled and the nervousness has kicked in. The getting back up again is hard after you’ve been knocked down so many times, with the last knock-out leaving you feeling defeated. I honestly don’t know if I’m ready right now or when I will be ready and that’s also scary. The only thing we have left right now is our faith. Faith that God will tell us when to move, faith that God will position us right where we need to be at the right time, and faith that God will fulfill His promise.

Anybody else find themselves struggling with moving forward after miscarriage?

One of the things that has brought me healing duri One of the things that has brought me healing during this time is creating. Bringing my dreams and ideas to life gives me a sense of hope in that what God has implanted in my heart will someday bloom into fruition.

This may sound crazy but I’m not only grieving t This may sound crazy but I’m not only grieving the loss of my daughter but I’m also grieving her name. I LOVE her name. I am all about name meanings and was very intentional with the choosing of her name (I was even intentional with the names we chose for our dogs lol). I’m sad that I’m not going to be able to call her the name we gave her or even the nicknames I already gave her (you know black folk love nicknames lol).

We were very careful in choosing her name from the moment we found out our embryo was a girl. We knew that we wanted something with a powerful meaning and something she would be proud of.

Isabella Jade is our daughter’s name. Isabella means devoted to God and Jade is a stone that has been used for healing. In honor of our girl, Joe and I got her name tattooed as a reminder of how devoted we have been to God on this journey and will continue to be the rest of our lives. Through this grief we are experiencing healing and God is restoring us. Her name is so fitting.

I chose to attach a rose to her name because the rose is the flower for the month of June which is not only my birth month but would have been her birth month as well. She would have been the perfect birthday gift. Also, now whenever I’m out at a store that has flowers, I grab a bouquet of roses in her honor.

This is us continuing, fully devoted to God, on this journey. This is us healing. This is us honoring our daughter, Isabella Jade. Forever in our hearts and now on our arms lol 🤍🌹

Sometimes it’s hard to imagine God having someth Sometimes it’s hard to imagine God having something great for you when it seems like you’ve been experiencing nothing but setbacks and disappointments. It may not seem like it now, but He does have something great in store for you and it’s beyond what your mind can imagine. Don’t lose hope, instead cling to His promise. He’s working behind the scenes on your behalf 🤍

On days when I feel like giving up, I’m reminded On days when I feel like giving up, I’m reminded of the dream God gave me and that’s my reason to keep going - because God is faithful. He showed me the child that we will have and the word says the promises of God are “yes” and “amen”. His word is unchanging and unwavering. He will do what He says He’s going to do and I’m holding Him to it.

Be encouraged that the dream, whatever it may be, that was planted inside of your heart, there is a reason for it. If God promised it, He will do it. His word will not return void. Whatever you are going through to reach that promise is not there to keep you from it, God is using that thing to bring you to it. It may not make sense, believe me I know, but choose to trust God and walk in faith anyhow 🤍
